This year the Hungarian Competition Law Association celebrates the 30th anniversary of its foundation, on the occasion of which we are organizing a Jubilee General Meeting.
On behalf of the Board of the Hungarian Competition Law Association, we cordially invite you to the ordinary (repeated) General Meeting to be held on May 19, 2023 at 9:00 a.m. in the St. John Paul II Hall of the Faculty of Law and Political Sciences of the Pázmány Péter Catholic University (address: 1088 Budapest, Szentkirályi u. 28-30.).
In connection with the General Meeting, our Association will organize a lecture this year. We have invited Judge Paul Nihoul, Judge of the General Court of the EU, as a guest speaker for the General Assembly. The title of his keynote speech will be “The depth of judicial review in antitrust cases before EU Courts” and will be given in English, without Hungarian translation. Paul Nihoul’s presentation will be open to the public.
