Nina is a lawyer at the Belgian independent law firm Altius since 2018. She has a Master in Law of the Université Catholique de Louvain-la-Neuve, as well as a Master in International Law, Foreign Trade and International Relations from the Instituto Superior de Derecho y Economia in Madrid, during which she followed a course in commercial negotiation and mediation from Colombia University in New York. Nina specialises in all aspects of competition law at the European and national levels, including cartel cases, distribution networks, abuse(s) of dominance, State aid and merger control. She also assists domestic and multinational clients in the setting-up of compliance programmes. Nina also assists clients in a wide range of sectors on various commercial aspects, such as franchising and commercial negotiations. Nina is the Head Officer of the NEX GEN.
