The Romanian Association for Competition Law (ARCON), together with Universul Juridic publishing house, organizes a new debate on whether the courts competent to hear cases on competition law should have specialized panels of judges. The debate will bring together not only reprezentatives of the business environment in Romania, but also reprezentatives of the institutions competent to make a change. Therefore, the panel includes the Ministry of Justice, two former ministries of justice, the president of the special committee among the Parliament entrusted with the review of any amnendments to the existing legal framework, the vice-president of the Competition Council and judges from the High Court of Cassation of Justice.
