Jana is an attorney-at-law specializing in intellectual property protection, especially in litigation, customs proceedings, counterfeiting and domain disputes. She also deals with litigation, unfair competition law and copyright. Jana is a member of the Czech Bar Association and is an active member of the Czech Group of the International League for Competition Law, the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property and other international organizations associated with its specialization such as INTA, ECTA, MARQUES and the Czech group LES. Études
Jana graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen in 2007. She was appointed as an atorney-at-law in 2011. Jana is also a graduated a two-year specialization at the Institute of Industrial Law Education at the Industrial Property Office, Czech Republic.
