This webinar is part of a series of webinars on verticals and will discuss the reform of the Vertical Agreements Block Exemption Regulation (VBER) and vertical guidelines. We are delighted that

Marion Carbo, from the European Commission, will update us on the main proposed changes to the VBER.

SPEAKER:

  • Marion Carbo has an LLM from King’s College London (England) and a Master’s degree in European Law from the Université Paris I – Sorbonne (France). After working in private practice in a Paris law firm and at the SNCF (the French national railway company), Marion joined the French Competition Authority in 2014, as a member of the legal service working on antitrust cases and litigation in various sectors. Marion joined DG Competition in 2019 and has been part of the team which dealt with the VBER review.
