LIDC HK will continue the mission of LIDC by serving as a local platform for fostering discussion and the exchange of views on issues and questions pertaining to competition and intellectual property law. LIDC HK is committed to promoting and contributing to the development of competition law and practice in Hong Kong. Our members consist of leading lawyers, regulators and academics in competition and intellectual property law. We meet regularly to examine current and substantive issues arising locally in these practice areas, as well as recent international developments and their implications for local jurisprudence and practice in Hong Kong.
