Johana Cau is an attorney-at-law and joined Lenz & Staehelin’s Geneva office in 2017. Her main areas of practice include advising and representing clients before authorities and courts with regard to competition, public procurement, corporate and contract law. She also advises tax exempt, not-for-profit foundations established in Switzerland. Johana serves as National Rapporteur for the LIDC since 2021 and as officer of the LIDC Nex Gen group.
Studies
Johana holds an international affairs bachelor degree as well as a bachelor and a master degree in law from the University of St. Gallen in Switzerland. She was admitted to the Geneva Bar in 2019. Johana is currently enrolled in the Certificate of Advanced Studies in International Cultural Heritage Law program at the University of Geneva.
