Appointment of the CRC Member to Ukrainian antimonopoly authority

On 8th of February, Serhiy SHERSHUN, the president of Competition Research Center has been appointed by the President of Ukraine as a commissioner within the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine.

The members of the CRC greet Serhiy with this opportunity and believe that his unique experience would be of a great use for the competition law enforcement in Ukraine.

To note, Serhiy SHERSHUN has been serving as a commissioner in 2009-2015. Inter alia, he represented Ukrainian competition authority in OECD and ICN. Afterwards, Serhiy successfully practiced antitrust and competition until devoted himself to competition advocacy within CRC and LIDC.

Mykola BOICHUK would be acting president of CRC. Mykola has a strong record and deep expertise in competition regulation, and his candidacy was supported by CRC members.

CRC will continue to gather experts for the establishment of viable and compelling competition community and to advocate competition in Ukraine.
