The French group of the League (AFEC) created a group of young members (currently about 60) whose role is to regularly follow AFEC's work and create working groups on specific topics. This group of young people is highly dynamic and active. It provides a support and a considerable contribution for the AFEC.

The French group of young members represented by Guillaume Taillandier, Nizar Lajnef its current president), Joffrey Sigrist and Erwann Mingam) suggested the creation of an LIDC group of young members. At the Vienna congress in 2009, a first contact with young LIDC members was established and, thanks to the Austrian national group,they convened a first meeting to discuss the role and action it could take in promoting the LIDC.

A group of young members is thus created within the LIDC.
