The presidents of the national groups are invited to nominate one or two national corresponding members to the LIDC.

The national corresponding members’ role is to assist and support the president of their national group in promoting and developing LIDC activities. Members fulfil their role by offering ideas and suggestions that would enrich the LIDC website. This enables the LIDC to be present and reactive to international bodies that are active in LIDC activities (for instance, the preparation of comments on and responses to public consultations launched by European or international authorities or bodies).
