Court of Justice of the European Union
The Lisbon Treaty, which entered into force on 1st December 2009, endowed the European Union with legal personality and named its court the Court of Justice of the European Union. This Court of Justice of the European Union consists of the Court of Justice, the General Court, and the specialised courts (article 19 § 1 E.U.T.).

EFTA
The EFTA Court fulfils the judicial function within the EFTA system, interpreting the Agreement on the European Economic Area with regard to the EFTA States party to the Agreement. At present those EFTA States are Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway. http://www.eftacourt.int
