European Competition Network (ECN)
The European Commission and the national competition authorities in all EU Member States cooperate with each other through the European Competition Network (ECN).

Court of Justice of the European Union
The Lisbon Treaty, which entered into force on 1st December 2009, endowed the European Union with legal personality and named its court the Court of Justice of the European Union. This Court of Justice of the European Union consists of the Court of Justice, the General Court, and the specialised courts (article 19 § 1 E.U.T.).

EFTA
