International League of Competition Law

Welcome to the internet website of the International League of Competition Law!

In the public part of this site you will find information about the League and how it works, the national groups and upcoming meetings (such as the Congress in Catane, Italy, September , 27  till 29, 2007), as well as information about the questions addressed by the League. You will also find issues of International Review of Competition Law. Therefore click on Publications or have  a look at the latest news items.

Part of the site is only accessible to members. This part contains the member list. Members may modify their list entries to ensure that the information given is up-to-date.

We invite the members of the LIDC to check their references and if necessary to correct them. Do not forget to add the e-mail address.  For the circulation of the latest LIDC news, the e-mail address is key.

Material on the site will be provided in the three official languages of the League whenever possible. This will not always be feasible due, for example, to the unavailability of translations into all the languages. The site is currently under construction and we are working on the addition of as many translations as possible.

ERIC

The official mean of publication of The Ligue is the RIC. You will find in the RIC articles on most recent developments on competition law within the European Union but also in other States where The Ligue is represented through national organisations.

Since 2003 the RIC is only published in electronic form, and is now called ERIC. Two editions a year are planned, the first at the end of February, the second at the end of August.

Jacques Lassier Prize
The laureats of the J. Lassier Prize 2006 are ex aequo Laetitia Driguez, with here work "Droit social et droit de la concurrence", and David Bosco with his work "Le contrat exclusif". The latest laureats of this Prize were:
